Notwithstanding the foregoing, the aggregate level data provided on the Zillow Local-Info Pages (the “Aggregate Data”) may be used for non-personal uses, e.g., real estate market analysis. You may display and distribute derivative works of the Aggregate Data (e.g., within a graph), only so long as the Zillow Companies are cited as a source on every page where the Aggregate Data are displayed, including “Data Provided by Zillow Group.” Such citation may not include any of our logos without our prior written approval or imply any relationship between you and the Zillow Companies beyond that the Zillow Companies are the source of the Aggregate Data.
You are prohibited from displaying any other Zillow Companies’ data without our prior written approval.
We do not assert copyright or grant any rights to the underlying images or descriptions of real estate listings provided through the Services.
MLS VOW Terms of Use. In accordance with MLS-specific rules and regulations, you must acknowledge the following before we can display certain real estate listings:
All information obtained from Zillow, Inc. will be used solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You will not copy, redistribute, or retransmit any of the provided information, except as necessary for considering the purchase or sale of an individual property.
Permitted Users shall not retain, copy, duplicate, modify, exploit, distribute, transmit, publicly display, reproduce, re-sell, license, edit, prepare derivative works of or incorporate into other works, or translate any NMLS Data.
Permitted Users will not reference any NMLS Data in any published materials without first obtaining prior written permission from SRR.
Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service
When using Google Maps, you may not (or allow those acting on your behalf to):

redistribute or sell any part of Google Maps or create a new product or service based on Google Maps;
use Google Maps to create or augment any other mapping-related dataset (including a mapping or navigation dataset, business listings database, mailing list, or telemarketing list) for use in a service that is a substitute for, or a substantially similar service to, Google Maps; or
